Take a rest. Moreover, plan a rest. Be ready for a rest. Think about your schedule like it was a flexible entity. Challenge yourself and your targets. Don’t rank your professional missions as number 1 in priority. Sure, they still deserve to be ranked as a kind of important but not that important. You might be surprise to find out that your planning sessions become more methodological and your defined targets become clearer and brighter when they are arriving from more or less peaceful environment.
Take the lower ranked elements in your day to day agenda and think about scheduling them more often. It could be done by meeting an old friend for a lunch, going to the gym or to the beach at 16:00 or taking a foot message once a week. The more complicated it looks to you the more essential it is. You will find out that catastrophic incidents will not happen so fast if at all, and even if would, they has nothing to do with your new schedule.
Having the “right” life is something most human beings are wishing for but almost never meet. Being aware to the fact that you will never meet your expectations in complete will probably assist you to meet at least some of them.

Concentration. Period.
Concentrating. Generally speaking. Concentrate. As simple as that.
Concentrating (1) in the things you want to do; (2) in things you know how to do; (3) in missions you can execute; (4) in deliverables you can deliver; (5) in things that will bring profits in the future; (6) in collecting assets; (7) in saying 'NO' loudly and clearly in cases the above do not apply.
Do NOT waist your time and energy (1) in things you dislike; (2) in things you are not very good at (very good ≠ excellency; it's simply very good. Most successful people were never been excellent in anything); (3) in missions you have a poor to no chance to complete; (4) in undeliverable missions; (5) in cases were you cannot see a clear light (means $) in your life time; (6) in collecting disappointments of your own and the people around you; (7) in saying 'YES' just to please somebody (including your self).
However you can waist some of your money on these. For example money that use for buying of shares, education or hobbies. Anyhow this is not a recommendation but an option.

Coincidence is rolling. So Run!
Successful business would be never a coincidence. However, many of the "terms and conditions" affected the business are.
People are trying to say to themselves and to others that "This is NOT a coincidence. It cannot be"!
Well, the main purpose that you would tell all of these stories of inconsistency in life is to gain confidence that there is a meaning behind bad (or sometimes good) things that are happening to you or to your lovers. "This is NOT a coincidence" belong to the family of "this is not my fault" or "it isn't fair".
Saying that everything is coincidence put much more pressure on the single business player than saying that some third party is involved in every body's life. But saying that "Coincidence is rolling" doesn't mean anybody has equal conditions and that every body's race starts at the same point. It hasn't.
For example: say that if two persons arrive in the train station some randomly time during the day, both of them schedules an important meeting starts in 20 minuets; and we know for sure that the train arrives every 15 minuets, and that the period of their rout is 10 minutes, so it would be true to say that it takes any of them between 10-25 minuets to get to the meeting, and that both of them has the same EQUAL chances of 33.3% to get late. The timing of the train is totally randomal. And this is were the Coincidence is rolling. And it doesn't help to the guy that wear the CK suit + ROLEX to get a better timing of the train (even if his father is one of the owners - train's schedule tend to be fixed ahead), than the guy that plan to come to the meeting with a T-Shirt.
However, the way each of the two guys acts in case of late is different and open. They can run and apologize, they can call and apologize, they have the possibility to stop and buy a small Kandy to the boss's little girl, they can simply avoid the late and get inside starting a small talk like non of it happened.
We could learn from this case that coincidence is rolling in external terms but the way the player treat the terms is totally depend on him. It would be easier to say: "sure I'm going to late". "It should have happened". "I shouldn't go there anymore". "A Force Major wants me to stay out of this business".
COME ON! Man, you got to run!

Stop for another 30 seconds and buy a Kandy to the Boss's little girl, before stepping in brash your hair, enter in and say something like: "what a wonderful day, could be an ideal if the trains would be like they should be: get on time", and smile. Now you have to close a deal BECAUSE you have been late, and not despite.
THIS part is NOT Coincidence, but your job.

GOD. Dad. Mom. Teacher. Life. The World. You are a history
You are history even before you born. No one is waiting on the other side. Or at least you shall live like this point is not acute to your way of living, decisions, habits and targets.
Thinking about your self NOT as the most important and significant creation in the planet would help you to look at challenges, obstacles and trials from the distance and be more, yes, cool while examine and analyzing them.
It should not be anymore a fight against whatever is standing there. me vs. GOD, me vs. Dad, me vs. Teacher, me vs. the World, me vs. God, me vs. Life.
Stop it! You better leave these elements aside. Exist or not, they are not supporting your way along the very limited time you got to get where you choose to be. We are here. And we better define the appropriate targets. Concentrating in the real missions. Fighting the necessary wars. Executing the right policy. These guys have nothing to do with it.

Have you ever heard this sentence as is or in a pretty similar variation in your life?
I'm sure you have. This is not a smart one. It is a one that intend to put you in a self made prison for the rest of your shorter life.
You are not a "Son". Only GOD and your Parents allowed to call you "My son". You have just became a 'Person'! You should remember that at the very first moment you communicate to yourself and to other people, especially Businessmen.
Being a 'Person' means something. It means independently. It means loyalty to your self and to other people. It means commitment responsibility. It means partnership. It means confidence.
"Son" is not loyal to no one but to its immediate needs. And he is treated as such. Son is not independent but dependent. Son cannot be a potential partner and is not deserve a trust, at least as long as he is defined as a "Son".
So actually before approaching other persons, decide if you are a needy "Son" or a respected "Person". It is essential to the relationships with yourself and with others. Sooner or later it would influence your business life and the structire and depth of your business connections.

It is important to see the reason behind what is happening to us most of the time. Coincidence is ruling. And even if not, it is much healthier, or if you like more efficient to think about everything that happening to us in business life as a coincidental incident. It is not so relevant to ask 'why me'. It is much more helpful to ask simply 'what', 'when' and 'where'.
